helpful staff delicious breakfast convenient location

the staff helped me with my luggage to my room. it was on the third floor with no elevator. the breakfast was nice and had croissant rolls, jam and lots of coffee. the location was convenient to the city center

useful airconditioning friendly staff

The room had self-control airconditioning. That was very useful. my room was a standard double or twin room. It was clean. i found the location very convenient. the staff was friendly. I appreciated their help with directions.

The hotel has stairs to reach the reception. It might be difficult for some.

the location was convenient it was easy to reach many attractions. the staff allowed us to store luggage after checkout a helpful service. the room had air conditioning a welcome feature .

the absence of an elevator was inconvenient especially with luggage. the breakfast selection was limited lacking variety. noise from the corridor disrupted sleep on several nights.

the hotel has a great location near rialto bridge. the rooms were clean when we arrived. the staff was friendly and available at any hour.

the stairs felt a little grim.
